John Dryden (1631-1700) was a poet and dramatist of the Restoration period, regarded as the chief exponent of heroic tragedy.  His works include All For Love.  This design is an elegant damask taken from a Persian document woven as a brocatelle in viscose and linen and is available in three colourways - soft gold, aqua and taupe and gilver and chocolate.  The same design is also produced as a velvet (see below).
